Neither the unit nor it's members have a completely independent subjective character in unit crimes. They both combine to form a wholely independent character of the unitSince either of them plays a significant role in the process of unit-will creation and also has,to a certain degress,a relative independence, both of them should take on criminal responsibilities in unit crimes. The subjects in unit crimes are diverse and varied. The definition of a natural person who takes on criminal responsibilities in unit crimes should be analysed concrectely. The subjects may commit crimes on purpose or by a mistake. The objects in unit crimes are increasingly numerous.Due to the peculiarity of unit behaviors and complexity of unit crimes, the attesting of a unit crime should be based on a concrete analysis of the bahavorial forms of the unit itself rather than a simple and hasty conclusion.Unit crime are essentially different from the crimes committed by it's individual members. The former refers to crimes done by whole unititself rather than by all the members together. There exists common-crimes relationship between unit and unit or unit and it's members. We should differentiate the specific application of proper penalties to unit crimes from to those committed by natural person. In order to fight unit crimes more effectively,it is necessary to revise the clauses concerning unit crimes when revisions of criminal laws are in due course.
