Research And Using Of Cooperative Quality Management Technolodge In Cement Enterprise

Quality is the life of enterprise, how to realize the cooperative quality management system of flow type enterprise has being a important research. The research and use of CIMS in flow type product model is not enough. The product of flow type enterprise has its own charters, so the management of product and quality of flow type enterprise is difference from other kind of enterprise. And the CIMS system used in other kind enterprise is not fit for flow type enterprise.The quality control system based on PLC is spread using in flow type enterprise, in this text we research how to realize the cooperative quality management system of flow type enterprise, this kind of system can promote the quality management of flow type enterprise .The first chapter introduces the research background and the importance of cooperative quality management system of flow type enterprise. Then introduce the general situation of this research. At last, this chapter presents the main task of this paper and the general framework.The second chapter introduces situation and problem of informatization in cement enterprise, describe the construct of information system in cement enterprise. Introduces the use and characters of CAQ system based on CIMS, and then bring forward the CAQ system model based on CIMS in cement enterprise.The third chapter describe traditional quality work flow model , toward the shortcomings of traditional quality work flow model , research the quality work flow model has feedback character. Then, research Raw material proportioning technology possessed self-feedback character.The fourth chapter presents theory and method of static process control technology, research the use of static process control technology in cement enterprise.The fifth chapter describe a example of CAQ system in cement enterprise, validates the advancement and doable of author' s research work.The last chapter gives a summary of this paper and points out the direction of research of cooperative quality management system of flow type enterprise.
