The Study On Jurisdiction Of Preventing The Ocean Pollution From Ships

The legal issue of jurisdiction of preventing the ocean pollution from ships is one of controversial question until now and reflects the result of protection of the environment of the ocean all over the world. According to the related provision of international conventions and domestic laws, the paper discusses the issue from three kinds of circumstances respectively, and puts forward some suggestions to enhance environmental protection of the coastal waters of China.
