A Study On Loss And Compensation Problems Arising From Checking Ship Smuggling

Ship smuggling is a kind of smuggling way which is more outstanding and more influential. In the age of information and network,the way of great scope ship smuggling is often used by smuggling element.Because the ship smuggling has pounded at the sequence of domestic normal economy trade and encroached on legal rights of person related to ship.Therefore,this article discussed questions of smuggling and ship smuggling and definited person's legal duty related to ship. We must handle correctly and despose of the legal loss arising from ship smuggling.I studied the main compensation problems arising from ship smuggling which were not involved in Customs Law or Maritime Law or State Compensation Law and discussed the principles of and methods of compensation and made some perfect suggestions.
