The high-speed development and application of IT which regard computer and network as the core provide vast enterprises new administrate styles and activity room. So enterprises must improve their informatization level if they want to strengthen their competition ability. As a new type of work informatization faces a great deal of uncertain factors which maybe come from inside and outside. So there is mass risk during the process of informatization project. Enterprise informatization is deepened further. In order to improve the rate of success it is necessary to evaluate the project performance reasonably and nicely. This paper makes the beneficial exploration in this field of performance evaluation.Preferring to the concerning papers which focus on performance evaluation in home and abroad, this paper firstly analysis the motivation of enterprise informatization. Which respects of enterprise administration will be influenced? Through the relevant analysis between project investment and performance according to the statistical data a conclusion is drawn that they are really relevant. Secondly paper put forward the index system and model of evaluation. In order to enhance the accuracy of evaluation as possible as can, fuzzy mathematics, analytic hierarchy process and grey system are applied synthetically to the model, which make up for the insufficient when only single method is used. Finally the index system and model are applied to a concrete enterprise informatization performance evaluation. It is proved that the model is practical and the index system is credible.
