Since Taylor created the scientific management theory at the beginning of the 20th century, "How to motivate" is one of the focuses on management study. For example: Maslow's theory of Hierarchy of Needs, Herzberg's 2 factor hygiene and motivation theory, and so on, However, these theories are focused on the study on how to motivate the workers. Their approach generally is to study the progress of the motivation, to find the key factors of motivation based on the human's need, and to discover the effective method to improve the productivity of the workers. As the creation of administration genre, it was found the modern business is not only about the supervision of workers, but, more importantly, about the management of administrators. As the split between the ownership and management, it comes with the confliction of interests between the owners and administrators. Because of the existence of these interest difference and administrators' actual control of the business, it is possible that the owners' interest is invaded by the administrators. To maximize owns' gain, it is put forward that how to motivate the higher administrators, such that how to design a long term motivation pattern that the higher administrators and the owners can maximally obtain their gain simultaneously. In this content, the economist focuses on the research of how to motivate the administersFirst, this thesis studies the relationship between the business achievement and those influence factors. Secondly, a model, which is based on the stock market annual report in 2003, is built based on the business achievement and those factors. At last, a salary motivation method is proposed based on this practical analysis.
