About The Administrative Beneficial Rights Of Floating Population In China

Since 1980's, large numbers of floating population entered into big cities in accordance with reform of economic system in China. The floating population has exerted active and unsubstituted influence on the development of the cities. At the same time, the floating population has produced immense influence on the economy and all kinds of aspects of our society. Remarkably, the floating population has four characters: low-incomes, poverty, less influence on political matters, high sensitivity in psychology. We must establish the society support network on the purpose of changing the poverty of floating population. In opinion of this thesis, the government must be charged with the important political responsibilities during the process. Meanwhile the welfare government reflects the value of modern administrative laws. From the point of view of protecting the administrative beneficial rights of floating population, the article primarily concerns on government supervising the floating population, at the same time the government should standardize the administrative favor action and change the viewpoint of management. In opinion of this thesis, protecting the administrative beneficial rights of floating population will help to settling the society support problems and promoting the quality of life of floating population.
