| Detection of crime on duty is an important weapon against corruption for our party and government as well as an integral part in the development towards democratization, institutionalization and judicialization. In addition to strengthen the detection of crime on duty, the procuratorial organization of this country which is in charge of the detection of crime on duty is promoting the construction of legal system, reviewing the inappropriate measures which have been adopted and balancing the punishment of crime and the protection of human right to meet the international trend against corruption, which is an important and urgent topic in the theoretical and practical field. I hereby discuss about the idea, character and relation of detection of crime on duty and human right protection; the theoretical foundation of human right protection in the detection of crime on duty; the weak points and shortages of the status quo in the protection practice; how to adjust and set up the detection of the procuratorial organization of this country in the control of crime on duty and protection of human right.
