Dissertation On Our Administrative Examination And Approval System And Its Reform

The administrative examination and approval, as the main means and tools of governments' management of economy and society, possesses an important status in the field of practice and theories research of administration management . This thesis attempts to do the exploration and research of the theory and practice of our administrative examination and approval system from a particular industry.This thesis starts from analyzing the definition of administrative examination and approval from different majors and overviewing and describing its theoretical backgrounds. Further, by using the real estate industry as a verification angle, finds out the drawbacks of the administrative examination and approval, ascending and analyzing it's corresponding reasons. Following that, aims for the problem of administrative examination and approval, the thesis clear up the reasonable relationships between the government and market, and the relationships between government and society, probes the principle and target of it's reformation. Finally, put forward author's feasible suggestions for the development route of the reformation of our administrative examination and approval system combing with the innovation of the administrative examination and approval system of the real estate industry.
