Corporate Mind Permeation And Cultural Amalgamation Study

The problems of corporate mind identity permeation and cultural amalgamation are studied in this paper, which include the influence of corporation mind identify on corporate culture, conflicting and permeation between two or more corporate cultures. Characteristic corporate cultural and mature corporate identity system (CIS) has been constituted in most corporation in our country following the development of cultural conflict study. But in many corporations, corporation culture can't concert into the faith and behavior of employee. Furthermore, how to deal with the conflicting and amalgamation is very important to the development of corporation when annexing, recombining and stratagem alliance between corporations. Corporation culture conflicting and amalgamation are studied in-depth to bring up corporation culture which is propitious to the development of corporation.The creative ideas is a new method of corporate mind identity permeation, especially the problem of mind identity permeation of corporate group. This paper combined mind identity permeation and cultural amalgamation to holistically and comprehensive studied, the restriction of study respectively is avoided.
