Examination And Implication Of Disregarding Of The Corporate Entity

Based on the fundamentals of civil law, this dissertation concerns Disregarding of the Corporate Entity scheme by using various methodologies including comparison, analysis, induction, and historical science . It makes an in-depth and systematic study on Disregarding of the Corporate Entity and provides a set of integrated suggestions in accordance with Chinese particularity for legisator' s consideration.this dissertation consists of four parts other than introduction and conclusion. Part one centers upon the comparative research on Disregarding of the Corporate Entity of America and Japan, Part two examines the system' s positive function as well as the objective. Part three discusses the limitations in establishing the system in China. Part four analyzes the difficulties of establishing the system in China, and provides feasible legislative suggestion and perspectives as the conclusion of the thesis.
