As one of the goals the companies are pursue, the growth is a focus to the theorists. The growing company is of great significance to both of macroeconomic and investor. But for a growing company, unless you could obtain the cash freely from exterior of the company or else the growing operation would restricted by the cash flow the company bring itself. In practice, we often discover some of growing company have run into the condition of lake of cash. As a result, more and more company are take the cash flow into account when they are thinking the speed of the company's development. At present, there are still lake of consistency to the index's enactment and the practical calculate measure of the growing company's prognosticate. This text is on the basis of advanced financial management, with the integration of demonstration-theoretics; system-emphases, we research the theory of company's growth and the correlation factors that impact the growing company's speed of growth.
