At present, China is under Open and advance continuously, the fact is that more and more attentions had to be payed to: In recent years in city real estate development project, in particular in city suburb large-scale property development process, which promoted continuously during the development quality, the development scale has also taken astonishing changes. From Beijing to Shanghai, from the coast to inland, the real estate scale grew up continuously already becomes a fact, the China's real estate market is progressing fast as if it's on the dimension-development track. It's a common phenomenon to see many large real estate projects which occupy thousands of acres even ten thousands of acres all around the country. So, in the newly industry of the real estate with high-investment, high-risk, high-return, but how to make better for the prophase planning and the project's investment decision is much important. Because of the wrong investment decision, many cases exited. So it is very important to make good decision before the project, and choose the location right, even to make good analysis so as to get the best scheme,which is a crucial problem to be responded and settled while many large real eatate corporation empolders the projects.
