Study On Role Orientation Of Government In Venture Capital

Through studying and observing the course of Venture Capital development in other countries , we can see that government plays an important role in development of Venture Capital. Chinese government has realized the function of government in the development of Venture Capital , however , it does not orientate the role of government accurately and in some extent hinders the development of Venture Capital in China . The thesis is began with the conception of Venture Capital , and makes a detailed analysis and explain from different sides .Secondly , author discusses the necessity of government intervening Venture Capital from economical side and introduces other country's government which orientate their role in the development of Venture Capital .Thirdly , author reviews the course of China's Venture Capital and puts forward main problems and some reasons . Finally , author proposes the role which government should play in the development of Venture Capital . (1) The government should create a well investment environment for Venture Capital. (2) The government should build the model of Venture Capital's establishment and operation which be led by government capital and be given first place to nongovernmental capital .(3) The government should improve supervision and control market risk .(4) The government should cultivate professional talents for Venture Investment and create a good social environment .
