Research On Reform Of The System Of Supplies Of Rural Public Product Of Chongqing Municipality

The supplies of rural product has developed rapidly , the system has been consummated and rural product has increased since the establishment of municipality of Chongqing . However, there's a great gap comparing with the urban, the demand of rural and farmers. Rural public product plays an very important role in a national's economy and the social development, there are a variety of ways in the supplies of rural public product , the government plays the leading role and the private can also join in producing. For Chongqing, the rural product of consummated and high level play a very important role in solving "three agriculture", co-ordinating the development between urban and rural, and the building of harmonious society of rural. The supplies of agriculture product in Chongqing has lagged behind. The shortage exists in market control, the building of rural fundamental construction, the social safeguard of rural, the culture life of rural residents, the pollution of rural environment, the rural public security and etc. The factors which caused the problems existed above is the situation of economy of Chongqing itself , the historic reason and all in all is the system of supplies of rural public product ranging from the central government to the local one. The paper studies and points out the fundamental reason why the supplies of rural product in Chongqing is that the system of supplies by analyzing the current situation of the supplies of agriculture public product, the current problem existed and the reason which caused the problem of systems. The studies draw main conclusions as follows: To change the bad situation of supplies of rural public product, the current system of supplies of rural public product should be reformed, especially reform the financial system of small towns and establish public financial system of primary level, on the other hand, reform the model of supplies of rural public product from up to down and build a harmonious society of rural citizens under the efforts of Chongqing government and the assistance of central government.
