Study On The Application Of Law For International Products Liability And Perfection Of China Related Legislation

In the course of the development of global economic, the nations have more connections in international trade. Accordingly, the issues on products liability among nations arise frequently as well. In order to protect the rights of consumers, the legislation on products liability is paid much attention in all the countries. However, for the different law system it belongs to and the diversified background of the politics and economy, the nations are obviously different in the regulations of products liability. This difference resulted in conflict of laws among the nations inevitability, in order to solve such problem, many countries has established their application of law for products liability. Meanwhile, china started to legislate on this issue relatively late and related legislation has not been perfect until now.In this thesis, the author did some research and analysis on several disadvantages of china application of law for products liability basing on comparing china with other nations. Finally, the author tried to expatiated own suggestions on how to resole the problems.
