| With the end of The Cold War, it has existance for bipolar dimensions of polarity between America and the Soviet Union. A tendency has formed in the internation that is to change confrontation into dialogue cooperation. Each state has began to search for the certain new safety mechanism for the world peace and safe. The right balance of power has developed into the collective security of multilateral cooperation. Great changes have taken place in the North East Asia after the end of The Cold War. The balance has been broken between the North Triangle and the South Triangle and the new safety mechanism hasn't completely formed.Now, it is only the North East Asia that has still existed the military and ideological conflict, during The Cold War. The unity bf Korea peninsula is very difficult, adding the internalization of korean unclear question, which makes the relationship of profit among contries in the North East Asia more complicated.Nowdays, the multilateral security cooperation system, represented by CSCE, is the most effective way to solve area security in this world. Each state in the North East Asia, recently, drew on the successful experience of CSCE and pushed the multilateral security cooperation process actively and many-sidedly. For solving the reunification of the korea peninsula, Six party Talks is the good try to set up the multilateral security system in the North East Asia.This paper will analyze the successful reasons and developing actuality of cooperative mechanism, which are represented by CSCE in the Europe. In addition to, it will analyze the multilateral security cooperation actuality, which is discussed in theNorth East Asia recently, and each state 's standpoint in the North East Asia about setting up the multilateral security cooperation system. All of these will help to broke into the feel sibility of the multilateral security system in the North East Asia in the future, and its prospect, developing direction.
