The felling of impartial and the extent of satisfied is very important to thedevelopment of any organize, the spirit of impartial is one of the peculiaritiesthat any honest employee hope his organize hold .Impartial can makeemployee work dependently , ensure the employee that the more you expendthe more you obtain impartially . The impartial organizes can make employeesatisfied with, make employee work without worry, it impact employee'sworking attitude, working participation, values and virtue behavior. "Customer"is enterprises'outside customer, "employee is enterprises'inside customer, only pay attention to both the outside and the inside canenterprises make successful. Employee is the creator of interest , if they holdhigh extent of satisfaction, they will work hard , make more value to theirenterprises, regard enterprises as their home .If employee are not satisfied withtheir enterprises, the outcome will be the following two , one is that they willresign , the other is that they still stay in the enterprise, but they lose theirpassion to working aggressively, neither of them want their enterprises to see.,hence any enterprise want to success must pay attention to how to raise thesatisfaction extent of their inside customer ---employee.It is reveled by an authoritative research department that if satisfactionextent of employee enhanced 3 percent the satisfaction extent of customer willbe enhanced by 5 percent. in the enterprise in which the satisfaction extent ofemployee reach to 80 percent its average interest increasing speed will be 20percent than other enterprises in the same field, there are some factors thatinfluence the satisfaction extent : working environment, working group,working content, enterprise's background, personal idea and so on.Among these factors that influence the satisfaction extent I focus on theimpartial sense of employee, because it is the most important factor in thesefactors, many problems can be summed up to this. We can make some steps inorder to enhance the satisfaction extent as followings: creating a faircompetition environment, creating an aggressive atmosphere, creating an openand liberal enterprise atmosphere, creating a cherishing employee atmosphere,and so on. But there are varied situations in varied enterprises, I chooseTANGSHAN JINBIN HOLEL as my study subject, and I do someinvestigation and analyze, according the problems I try to give some plans tosolve.Abroad, many enterprises look high on the work of satisfaction extentstudy, many enterprises make the work of investigate the satisfaction extent astheir important work and regard it as the criterion of judging their workingefficient .Today , many multi-nation enterprises regard it as the criterion ofjudging whether their management is successful. Such enterprises as NOKIAand PEPSI draw a great many of money on this job and make it the criterion oftheir work at the end of each year. Through the analyzing, leaders will knowthe situation of their employee'satisfaction extent, such as what are they notsatisfied with and what are they satisfied with ,and what aspect should theymake some improve, what factors can act as impellor.The CEO of American industry corporation summed up a sentence whichsaid "cherishing your customer, cherishing your employee, than the marketwill cherish you more!"Customer you your outside customer, employee isyour inside customer, only pay attention to these two can you make success inthe end. Employee is the creator of interest, if they are satisfied with theenterprise, they will work hard and make more interest, regard the enterpriseas their home. if they are not satisfied with the enterprise, the outcome will bethe following two, one is resign, the other is they still stay in the enterprise butthey lose the working zeal, neither of them is the leaders willing to see. So aenterprise that pursuing success must pay attention to how to enhance thesatisfaction extent of their employee.This article choose TANHSHAN JINBIN HOTEL as the subject andmake investigation by the means of combine theory and practice, find outproblems in their managing work, and try to give some advise on theseproblems, the aim is to arose the attention of enterprises, and make the methodbe efficient indeed.Through the study we find out that most of the employee in thisenterprise are not fell satisfied with it, and there exists different extent ofdecrease of satisfaction extent, after the study of the total management of itshuman resource management we find out that these problems can be summedup as the followings: the bureaucratic practice of leaders; feudalism idearemnants; and promote close people; and many irrational phenomenon of thehuman resource management such as irrational proportion construction ofpeople, there are more people than jobs, people can not get their additionalincome in accordance to their additional expend, and some times people cannot get their deserve income, the irrational age construction, especially thehigh lead department, young and capable people can not be promoted and bepay more attention to ,which lead to these young people lose their confidencein the enterprise, and have no hope to their future, some employee'promotionare not in accordance with the policy, some times it is determined by theleaders, leaders pay no attention to employee'discipline, and invest little in it,which lead to the gap between the demanding of hotel and the sense of theiremployee deeper, it lead to the quality of human resource managementdecrease directly, there lack of efficient examine of work, their work ofexamine still stay on the outside, the outcome of it have little influence onemployee, so it lose the importance in the heart of the people gradually, havingno correct criterion, it lead to the low working efficient, the compelmechanism is not sound, people don't know what kind of behavior will berewarded and whether they will be rewarded, the outcome is that employee...
