Along with the stable increase of national economy and improvement of people' s income, consumer structures are changing now. An important character of this change is that people are more concerned with accommodation and travel compared with eating and wearing in the last time. As a result, the real estate industry is faced to great challenge and opportunity.Currently, the investment in housing construction arises rapid, but many investors ignore the quality but the quantity of the houses, thus, complains of the customers increase continuously.
