The Primary Research Of Electrified Railway Risk Countermeasure Under The Environment Of Electricity Market

Some problems are caused by the opening competition of electricity market How to face the challenge, to catch hold of chance brought by the market, to fence with the risk of the market, are the new to all the participators of the market. The electrified railway is directly affected by the reform contents of selling power.Under the environment of electricity market, the contract contents of power demand of electrified railway are primarily researched in this thesis. The characteristics of load of electrified railway are analyzed. The proposal to calculate the total demand of power consumption of traction is figure out, then the time series means is applied as the tool to forecast the everyday power demand. The calculation results show that the supposed model can forecast the power demand of traction substation satisfactorily.Use time pricing is the important content of demand site management. As a main user, electrified railway ought to share the use time pricing system in the future and get the corresponding economical benefit. The rules of use time pricing of different provinces are introduced in this thesis. The elementary evaluation of applying use time pricing in electrified railway is also made in this thesis by the case of Deyang traction substation. The researching results show that there is not obvious economical benefit in the seeing future with the existing use time pricing system.According to the situation of the electricity market reform of our country, the study in this thesis is primary. Other problems are to be solved while the electricity market's policy, rules and operating means are provided.
