| The sustainable development has become the trend of modern society and it is the new stage of development of human society. The structure and methods of the theory of sustainable development are being enriched and perfected. In the new stage of economic and social integration of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan, how to maintain the sustainable development is very significant.In this thesis, we analyze the current situation of ecological environment and regional economy of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan, and discuss the framework and the core of the theory of sustainable development. Based on those researches, we set up an indicators framework to evaluate the developmental level of those regions. We explore the dynamic mechanism and control principle of the eco-economy systems by applying the systematology theory and establish a simple model of system dynamics that is beneficial to discover the nature of the systematic operation and to find the policies that can adjust the operation of systems to meet the demand of the sustainable development.The study includes seven parts: introduction, the theory of sustainable development, framework systems, the analysis of current problems, index systems, the analysis of control, the policy and the critical district construction.
