Study On Evaluation Of Sustainable Land Use

Evaluation of land sustainable use is the core of land use, and the important measure of realizing the land sustainable use. The goals of the thesis are as follows to understand the present situation of land use, to predict the trendy of it; to point out the restrictive factors and key problems; to put forward some beneficial suggestions to reach the land sustainable use. In the beginning, the thesis elaborates the basis principles of land sustainable use, and according to the evaluation route, we evaluate sustainable use level in the Yang Quan suburban. First of all we decide the aids and principles of evaluation, then we work out an index system on land sustainable use evaluation from five aspects of productive forces, production stability, resources protection, economic feasibility and social acceptable extent, the weigh of indexes are defined by means of expert inquiry; the standardization of indexes are defined by gray theory, and the process of evaluation is as follows: Firstly, we use multi-aids evaluation which mainly reflect the current level of sustainable land use, the results indicate that the total level is on basic sustainable level in the period from 1995 to 2000;of all economic feasibility and social acceptable extent is also on the same level, and in the good state; the productive force and the production stability is on basic sustainable level; the resources protection level is in the low state of sustainable level, and decreases year by year.Secondly,on the basis of the above evaluation ,we also use the gray predictive model which can predict the developing trends of sustainable land use ,the values show that the sustainability of land use in the whole district has been increasing from 2001 to 2006 ,and arrive the higher state of sustainability . In the end ,we refer that resources protection is still the focus of attention in the future development.
