| This paper studies the objects of comparative analysis of supporting agriculture in finance and mechanism construction of supporting agriculture in finance in Zhejiang province, is made up of six chapters four parts. This paper bases on the analysis of domestic and overseas documents of supporting agriculture in finance, explains the main ideas related to supporting agriculture in finance. Using public products theory, public financial theory and agricultural economic theory to this study. Before the analysis of supporting agriculture in finance in Zhejiang province, using statistical data and statistical method to analyze the states of supporting agriculture in finance of 22 countries in recent years, using the proportion of supporting agriculture in finance as characteristic index to divide these countries into 4 types, totally analyses history and current situation of supporting agriculture in finance of our country, draws general characters of supporting agriculture in finance at home and abroad, totally holds of the law and current character of supporting agriculture in finance of our country. The paper gives the demonstrational analysis of supporting agriculture in finance in Zhejiang province, systematically describe the history of supporting agriculture in finance in Zhejiang province, also deeply compares the differentia with different provinces, results of expenditure supporting agriculture in finance and agricultural Granger causality inspection indicate that the reason of the agricultural output growth is the expenditure of supporting agriculture in finance of our country. The demonstrational analysis indicate that the finance supporting agriculture growth is the Granger reason why the agricultural output increases in Zhejiang province, and then compares the benefit of supporting agriculture in finance in Zhejiang and in China, the result indicates the benefit of supporting agriculture in finance in Zhejiang...
