Institutional Analysis Of The Environmental Resources Question Of Our Country

It has been more than 20 years since we take the reform and opening-up policy. The developing policy that we take the economic construction as the center, On one hand , which makes the economic develop more faster in our country, and the living standards of our people and overall national strength also get great improvement; On the other hand , because of the unreasonable behavior, which makes the contradictions of the environmental resources of our country and economic development more and more conspicuous, and various kinds of resources are exhausted rapidly, the environment and ecology are worsening, etc. Constantly, this becomes the realistic obstacle of restraining the sustainable development of economic and people's lives quality from improving further. How to use the existing stock environmental resources in order to realize the sustainable development of our country becoming the theme in this text that I am probing into. This text mainly utilizes the relevant theories and methods of institutional economics to analyse the production of environmental resources origin in our country from three aspects of market failure, government failure and imformal system, and puts forward the corresponding settlement measures, in order to lighten the environmental resources question of our country and realize sustainable development.
