After entering into the 21st century, the world economy has developed rapidly.Under the undiscriminate, fair and free competitive condition, the economic globalization has become an objective reality for economic development and an objective law independent of man's will. Every country is trying his best to raise self-synthetic national power, to strengthen national and enterprising competitive advantages in order to gain the best economic profit in the economic globalization.Transnational Corporations have become the leading role in the world economic activities and it is the main part in national competitions by owning large numbers of capitals, large-scale of production, advanced scientific technology, modern method of management, global managing strategy and world-covering sales system. So the managing strategy of the Transnational Corporations is very practical and advanced,and choosing a fit managing pattern is the key point for a corporation to achieve success.On the basis of study on papers and books which are about shared servie,analyze the cases of implementing shared services ,this paper brought forward the concept of shared servies. The paper sets forth the property of each kind of mode and the tagets of the mode. By anlyze the necessary conditions of implementing shared service in enterprises of our country , it is conluded that management pattern of shared service is one of preferable ways to solve the diseases of enterprises. Puts emphasis on design share service implementation program, and operating rules of share service center, analyzed and explicated managing control after implementing shared service. At last,it is expected that practice shaerd service on enterprises of our country.
