This paper places great emphasis on the study of the forecast arithmetic and its application in DSS base on J2EE truss B/S mode. DSS is a people-computer system, it based on manage, operational research, cybernetics and behavior research; its instruments are computer, emulation and information technology; aims at half-structured question; bears decision-making and has aptitude function. At present, many fields are composing their DSS hardly, and the DSS has a better development. However, if we want a correct decision, its premise is correct forecast. So the forecast method, method implement and the precision of forecast are core of DSS. Through analyzing computer progress of regression, time serials, artificial neural network, gray forecast and so on, reducing to four steps, and putting forward means for advancing precision: selecting samples in reason, selecting best parameter in reason, assembling forecast methods and so on. Validating these methods using real data, proving that these methods advance precision on different degree, verifying precision and validity of these methods. I programmed these methods with Java/JSP language and implemented them into DSS base on J2EE truss B/S mode.
