While government procurement institution put into practice widely, government procurement increased procurement number, cut cost, improved procurement goods quality. Therefore what we known about government procurement function only includ save procurement fund is not enough apparently. Therefore, the main study mission of this dissertation is analyzing the macro functions of government procurement, and how to apply those functions adequately. It is necessary to analyze farter about it through theory, summarize and induce macro-economy function of government procurement. The main structure of the dissertation can simply describe one center, two clues, and three subjects. One center means that the center of study of the dissertation is macro-economy function of government procurement. The second clue concluded practise experience of all of the country, induce three topics of the dissertation, which is in chaper four and chaper five. Three subjects mean three topics of the dissertation. One of them is analyzing and naming macro-economy function of government procurement. Second is apply policy of macro-economy function of government procurement. Third is manage system and efficiency estimate. The main aim of the dissertation is name the macro-economy function of government procurement, however the left aims is important parts to realize the macro-economy function of government procurement.
