Since electronic commerce makes great progress, peoples have many puzzles in practice of law because of the stagnant of the law. So it is necessary to enhance the research on this field. Considering the actual situation of electronic commerce, and according to the international conventions and the laws of all over the world, the author analyses the influence of electronic commerce on traditional ideas. The author also clarifies his views on this matter, especially on the regulation of contract, e-signature, and the value as evidence, the written form, jurisdiction and so on. The author investigates in detail into legal issues concerning the electronic B/L and put forward some new arguments, and illustrates several international common practices treaties and some domestic laws applicable to electronic B/L. Suggestions are made concerning the revision of the maritime law. According to the character of electronic commerce legislation, the author advises how to adjust electronic commerce law.
