The exploding growth of domain name dispute on the Internet and in global e-commerce has become a worldwide problem. And through analysis of the domain name dispute resolution policies of different countries in the world, the writer puts forward the thinks and the advice of China's domain name management system and application of law to domain name dispute resolution.
