Under the comprehensive guidance of economies and law science, the dissertation, adopting the research methods of structural analysis, historic analysis, comparative analysis and positive analysis, probes systematically into the research on the environment of international investment and it's perfect.Besides the preface, the basic thesis is consisted of three parts, each of which is related to the basic issue of the international investment environment and it's perfect, the parts go as following:Part one defines some important notions used in the dissertation, provides the source of the theories and research methods. The author argues that compares with the national investment, the international investment has some particular characteristics, and just which becomes the key needed to research.Part two researches the notion of international investment law, the author argues which includes the law making, the law obey, the law excaution, the law supervise, the law consistence, etc. in the same time, the author introduces the present state of China's international investment law, the author thinks china have made great progress in the last 20 years.Part three the author introduces some facts of WTO. Compares with it, the author analysis the faults of china's law. In other word, which is the key that china should put more efforts to perfect it.Part four, the last part, is also the most important one of the dissertation, in which the author gives the message on how to perfect china's international investment environment. Among them, the author thinks which is a system project, and the key should put on the reform of procedure, the jurdris power, and perfect the law making.
