Project-managing Study On Technical Innovation In Small And Medium-sized Enterprises

Since China's reform and opening-up, small and medium-sized enterprises have been developing very fast and have become an important pillar of China's national economy. Due to the peculiarities of small and medium-sized enterprises and of the situation, technical innovation is the primitive drive of their survival and development. Now technical innovation in small and medium-sized enterprises has become an important part of the national innovation system. Due to the limitations of small and medium-sized enterprises, the status quo of technical innovation and technical innovation management in China's small and medium-sized enterprises is not optimistic. Project management, as an important system of modern management methods, is mostly applied to construction, large projects, IT industry or other related are as while it is rarely adopted in technical innovation activities in small and medium-sized enterprises. From the angle of technical innovation management model in small and medium-sized enterprises, aiming at the features of personnel, resources and organization, etc. in small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper applies the theories and methods of project management to the technical innovation activities of small and medium-sized enterprises and probes into the project management operation model and control model of technical innovation in small and medium-sized enterprises.Combining flow analysis in project management and the process of technical innovation in small and medium-sized enterprises, this paper probes into the possibility of establishing an overall operation model of technical innovation project management in China's small and medium-sized enterprises. Aiming at the high risks and high profitability of technical innovation projects, some specific control schemes of technical innovation projects in small and medium-sized enterprises are presented in terms of cost, schedule, quality, risks, etc. Finally, an exemplified analysis is given to a technical innovation project in a small and medium-sized enterprise.
