With the aggravation of the market competition, enterprises pay more and more attention to the control and management held in the inventory in the supply chain. The inventory control system in the supply chain is different from the traditional inventory control and management to individual enterprises, as a system, which need supply chain to control and manage to all respects of inventory system. The research can reduce the stock in the supply chain, reduce the operation cost, strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises.According to the characteristic of the control system of the stock in the supply chain, the inventory control system that this article discussed includes the stock level in the system, the service level to customer, the income distribution in the supply chain and the evaluation index of performance of this system .Adopt quantitative means, analysed each enterprise's stock in the supply chain in detail, including the raw materials stock (relative raw materials stock ), the middle stock, the finished product stock and the stock in transit. Finally amalgamate the same part while classifying different stock finally, and draw the total stock in the system. Take cost as the direction, adopt the demand quantity in some time to express the service level to the customer, and change it into the corresponding stock cost, build the model and optimizes it and the total volume of stock in the system. Use the principle of the customer - supplier's relation, divided the three-level supply chain into two relatively independent customers - supplier's relation. Under the relation, analysed every member's volume of stock and the change of the cost while implementing VMI from beginning to end, and assigned the profit. At the same time, evaluate the importance of every member in the supply chain, through changing the purchase amount of price L and the coefficient K that manufacturer bear some stock proportion cost to adjust every member's profit. Finally according to the characteristic of the control system of the stock in the supply chain, put forward several main performance evaluation indexes of the control system of the stock.
