| The paper, through its brief survey of the historical development of copyrights, holds that copyrights always lies in the progress of facing and meeting scientific and technological challenges. Scientific and technological development brings law countless challenges and has always been the promoter for the copyright development. The emergence of information network media originates from the network media needs to normalize the integration of mass media and computer network technologies. The paper, after conducting surveys of the world legislative systems to normalize network media practices and the studies of the simple and vague information network media stipulations in our copyright law, conducts theoretical analysis and exploration of the characteristics, entities and contents of the information network media.
