On European E-government Construction

Since 1990s, in order to realize operation with low cost and service with efficiency, E-government has been taken as goal of the governments' reform and innovation all around the world. And has formed the pattern of taking the lead in race in the course of E-government development of the world of North America and Europe. Directed by dialectical materialism, combining with management science, information science, politics science, etc, the thesis tries to study the basic problems of European E-government, including sketching and analysing the capital construction of European E-government, explaining and appraising the government's electronic services in detail as well as pointing out and assessing social concern and countermeasures of European E-government.
