Research Of Teaching Quality Evaluation For Teachers In Military Academies

Teaching quality is the lifeline of universities and colleges. As a effective method of measuring teacher's teaching quality, evaluation has been wide-used in most universities and colleges at home and abroad.The thesis begins with the connotation of teacher's teaching quality evaluation and then analyses its fundamental theory and methods in detail. To discover the common ground of teaching quality evaluation, the thesis makes a comprehensive comparison and analysis of some universities with the method of case study. After this, the author dips into the existing problems with different ways in teacher's teaching quality evaluation in military academies. In the end, the author proposes suggestions for innovation of teaching quality evaluation for teacher in military academies.
