Research On Civil Infringement Responsibility

With the developing of China' s market economy, all kinds of business spring up. Because some business runners don' t fulfill their safety duty, damages to consumers offen occer. In connection with business runners' civil infringement responsibility, the author researchs into china' s principles of civil infringement responsibility, sets forth law base for civil infringement, and mainly talks about the developing , nature and content of business runners' safety duty as well as the reasonable limits within which the runners should fulfill their safety duty. With regards to principles of civil infringement responsibility, I think we should act on the base of fault deduction responsibility to damages caused by runners themselves, with stricts responsibility and fair responsibility as supplementary principles. To damages to consumers caused by the third person ,we should act on the base of fault responsibility, and in individual situations, we will take no fault responsibility and fair responsibility as supplementary principles to civil infringement responsibility.
