Inter-subjective change of Ideological and Political education is from the subjective Ideological and Political education to the inter-subjective Ideological and Political education, it is the concrete utilization and realization of modern philosophy in Ideological and Political education, and it is the objective requirement to solve many current questions in Ideological and Political education. The deep research on the inter-subjective change of Ideological and Political education will be helpful to the theory construction of Ideological and Political education, helpful to enhance the rationality and validity of Ideological and Political education in the practice, and it will be helpful to the modernization and scientificalness of Ideological and Political education. Undoubtedly, the researches that prove that Ideological and Political education follows the time closely have very important theory significance and the practice value.Under the guidance of the inter-subjectivity theory and intercourse theory of Marxism, and referring to the inter-subjectivity theory in the western modern philosophy, the article differentiated and analyzed the related concepts, looking back the development course of inter-subjectivity theory in the Ideological and Political education, and giving the answers about "why Ideological and Political education should change to the inter-subjective Ideological and Political education?" and "how to change", and so on.The first part differentiated and analyzed some related concepts, such as the subject, the object, the subjectivity, the inter-subjectivity, the subjective Ideological and Political education and the inter-subject Ideological and Political education and their relationship, then introduced the course from the subjectivity to the inter-subjectivity, elaborating the signification, characteristic and guiding ideology of the inter-subject Ideological and Political education. This part is the foundation of thefull text.The second part analyzed systematically the establishment, historical merit and the limitation of the subject Ideological and Political education. The historical merit performances are improving the educators' subjective status, impelling the development of the Ideological and Political education, and promoting the socialist spiritual civilization construction. The questions and the limitation are status inequality for educators and educatees, the education method simplicity, every person with the same education goal, and so on. In the last analysis, these questions and the limitation are caused by the thought "educatees are regarded as objects", which to some extend set a great limit to educatees to develop their subjectivity, and finally have a bad effect on the sustainable development of the Ideological and Political education. The article also elaborated dialectic relationship between the historic merit performances and the questions and limitation of the subjective Ideological and Political education.The third part dissertated in detail that it is the necessary requirement for the inter-subjective change of Ideological and Political education to build up and carry out the "humanist" scientific development concept, to construct harmonious China, harmonious world, and economical globalization and the market economy, together with network rule also require the inter-subjective change.The fourth part elaborated the realization of inter-subjective Ideological and Political education are founded on the intercourse Ideological and Political education, and analyzed the relationship between inter-subjectivity and intercourse, proposing that intercourse Ideological and Political education should abide by the six principles: first, status equality principle, that's to say, the consciousness that the education with teach to teach are both subjects should be set up. Second, close to the life principle, namely taking the living world for background to determine the content and the form of Ideological and Political education. Third, the communication and understanding principle, namely the education with teach to teach should feel for others, consider in other angles, put themselves in others' places, and they should be tolerant andappreciative to each other. Fourth, the bidirectional interaction principle, namely the education should carry on the dialogues, both sides must pour out and listen attentively, finally achieve the mutual recognition. Fifth, experiences and consolidation principle, then the education should put the mutual cognitions formed from interactions into practices, the mutual cognitions will be verified and implemented in the practice, then from" should however" to "truly however". Last, the reciprocal benefits and altogether wins principle, namely through Ideological and Political education, the mentalities of the education with teach to teach will be perfected gradually and be finally sublimated.
