Research Of Our Country's Criminal Minor's Treatment System

The treatment system of criminal minor indicates the collectivity of national control and deal of criminal minor so as to prevent the crime and help them go back to the society. Our country historically pays attention to the protection of criminal minor, but still far from the requirement of the International treaty which our country signs. This article proceeds from the basic theories of treatment, introduce the treatment and treatment system, the meaning and characteristics of the criminal minor's treatment system, also the significance of doing researching on the criminal minor's treatment system. It points out that at the broad sense of treatment system, it should expand to the whole course of the treatment system of the minor's crime case, thus at the broad sense, the treatment system of crime minors should include the litigation, the enforcement, the reverting of treatment system. Then, it describes the current situation of treatment system in our country. While in the litigation of treatment system, we analyze it from the aspects of spying, censoring, and adjudging; in the enforcement of treatment system, from the aspects of in and out of the prison; in the reverting of treatment system, from the system of assistance and criminal record of our country. At the end of this article, as regards to the existing problems of treatment system which have been discussed above, we bring forward some consummate ideas separately.
