Then the author compares limited liability partnership with other organization forms.Combining professional service organization characteristic, the author analysis the determining factor which influences the choice of professional service organization form. According to these factors, the author do detailed contrast analysis on comparing the professional service organization with different organization forms (ordinary partnership, limited liability partnership, limited partnership, limited liability company, cooperation system) from the responsibility and the risk, the management, the organizations and agencies operation cost and efficiency, investor investment and right transfer and the maintains stable and expanded scale.
