The Research On The Law Status Of Rural Cooperative Economic Organization

Since the enforcement of the reform and opening-up policy, the agriculture and rural economics in our country have a great achievement. But there are a lot of problems accordingly, such as the shortage of rural media organization, the weakness of peasant economic status and most peasants have not take part in the economic organization. There is a growing contradiction between the no-organization peasant and socialized market which leads to the difficulty of enrichment of peasants. Under this background, it is very urgent to induce the peasants to develop the rural cooperating economic organization and the relating legislation is on the agenda. But due to a lot of reasons such as history and real life, in fact, our country's rural cooperating economic organization doesn't develop smoothly, focusing on the vague acknowledgement of rural cooperating economic organization and it's legal status. In short, it is necessary to have a research on the rural cooperating economic organization from the legal angle, which is significant in theory and practice.The thesis includes the following six section:Section one, it is the introduction. This section begin to define a series of concept of rural cooperative economic organization at first, secondly has analyzed to the type of rural cooperative economic organization.Section three, it is the general situation of the law status of rural cooperative economic organization. This section adopts the research approach that comparison between home and aboard with comparison between history and realization, and the throughway accordingly from foreign countries to our country and from history to realization, tries to simply retrospect the general situation of rural cooperative economic organization, and has carried on analysis to the law status of the domestic and foreign rural cooperative economic organization.Section four on the basis of analyzing the current situation of rural cooperative economic organization in our country. It has put forward the necessity and urgency of establishing the law status of rural cooperative economic organization.
