The corruption is a major social hazard. For any country, to provide and rule thecorruption has been a formidable and enduring task. Corruption has been a hotspot that everygovernment and the public pay close attention to. Our party and government have alwaysattached great importance to preventing and ruling corruption, and actively searched ways ofpunishing corruption. After years of efforts, through the anti-corruption struggle, and manyinstitutional measures, the anti-corruption has achieved great success;however corruption isstill wide spreading in our society and damaging the healthy development of society greatly.Previous anti-corruption struggles in our country have been acquired successes greatly,but there are also some obvious deficiencies: we usually place more hope on one or severalcampaigns and concentrated attacks, usually find causes from character of offenders, whileignoring anti-corruption legal system. We should seek causes from present system in ourcountry and identify countermeasures. It is a comprehensive operational mechanism of thedemocratic rule of law that an incorruptible society needs really. To rule corruption by law is asensible and effective choice for us. As the radical way, the rule of law is the importantguiding principle that we must abide by.According to the characteristics of law, it not only has authority, stability, but alsoopenness and mandatory. Only by relying on the legal system, Can fundamentally regulatepeople's behavior, and stop corruption loopholes;can rule corruption both on prevention andpunishment;Make the anti-corruption struggle walk up the regularized and institutionalizedway, and create conditions for eliminating corruption radically.The anti-corruption is a complex systemic works, and no single measure is sufficient toeffectively curb corruption. In today's era of the rule of law, the rule of law should be the coretools and fundamental measures. Thus study of the rule of law is a very important significanceboth theoretically and in practice. The paper uses the search of information and the analysis ofthe status quo as the research background, and through general discussion of corruption,summarizes experience from anti-corruption history, thus proving the necessity and possibilityof ruling corruption by law, Ultimately makes the concept of China's legal system governingbody model.
