The history tells us that the harmonious development of the relationship between central and local government is scientific conclusion. Nowadays our country's economy is market economy. The relationship between central and local government of our country has many problems. For instance, the ability of center's control is feeble, the protectionism of the local, and so on. From this aspect this thesis analyze the reason that making for the relationship between central and local government disharmonious. Also base on this we try to make the relationship between central and local government to standardize and legalize. At the same time we try to explore the way that makes them to harmonize in the best coordinate.The subject is development and extension of the theory on the relationship between central and local government.
