Study On The History Of Chinese Adult Educational Policy And Regul Ations

Considering the relationship between the adult educational reformation development andthe adult educational policy and regulations since last century, we strongly sense that everystep forward of the adult education is bound up with its educational policy and regulations.We conclude in a sense that the history of the adult educational reformation is the history ofthe constant adult educational adjustment and also the history of the constant development ofthe study on the adult educational policy and regulations. Therefore the study towards theadult educational policy and regulations has its special importance. The paper mainlyillustrates the natures of the adult educational policy and regulations since its birth in the late19th century. The preface and four chapters constitute the paper. The first three chaptersillustrate the contents and the natures of the adult educational policy and regulationsindividually from three different historic periods. The first chapter focuses on the periodbefore the birth of the PRC, the second chapter, from the birth of the PRC to the period beforethe set up of the reform and open policy and the third chapter, since China employed thereform and open policy. The fourth chapter is about the effect of the adult educational policyand regulations on the adult educational development and the its inspiration. Based on theprevious study and the incapacity of the former adult educational policy and regulationsexposed while guiding the modern adult educational development, the paper brings forwardseveral suggestions to enhance and perfect the institution of the active adult educationalpolicy and regulations.
