From The Antitrust Cooperation Mode Between Us-Eu To See The Prospective Of International Antitrust Law

The Competition Law has been the tool of state to generalize state policy since the first appearance. It's tightly linked to the area of politics and social purpose. At the very first, the Competition Law is limited to a state and is totally national law. However, by the economy globalization, the activities of multinational corporations have constituted the main part of international economy, a new puzzle that the Competition Law internationalizes has been brought to the international society. As a legal area which is linked to politics and the legislation purpose digresses from another state, Competition Law is hard to form any One Basket Agreement, unlike the trade rules. In the first part of the paper, author analyzed the definition, character and harmful effect of trust conduct, and drew a conclusion that the legislation of Antitrust Law is of great importance. The legislation against trust conduct has become a trend.
