On The Legislative Study Of The System Of Detaining For Reeducation System

From the angle of contemporary mainland in China, facing the current situation of frequent juvenile delict and the predicament of feeble legislation and disordered execution of law, the author expounded the factual foundation, the institutional foundation and the value foundation of the ligislation of detaining for reeducation system in China; carded the historical evolution of the ligislation of detaining for reeducation system in China; analyzed the basic limitation of the ligislation of detaining for reeducation system in China from the angles of value-orientatin, textual content and legislative technology; then, according to these dasis and integrating with my own profound experience during the process of daily work, the author put forward some preparatory ideas about the issues of models choice, the construction of basic principles and improvement of concrete system of the ligislation of detaining for reeducation system in China.
