About the composition of the crime cost, there are different views too. I think, the crime cost includes expected crime cost and realistic crime cost, they can detailed to two big classes: materiality cost and non-materiality cost. Because the law is a kind of most important and effective way to oppose the crime, the offender must or mightbe punished and paid the corresponding cost if he commits crime. Though the crime cost of the law can belong to the category of materiality cost or non-materiality cost, in order to reflect importance, validity of the law and severity of the law cost, legal penalty cost should put emphasis on. Therefore the crime cost includes crime materiality cost, crime non-materiality cost and legal penalty cost.Moreover, this text has analysed the cost of crime control from three respects.
