The Research On The Standard Of Judicial Justice

In my thesis, I point out emphatically that the procedural justice has independent value through the exposition about the meanings and the standard of justice and judicial justice. I try to find some ways to realize the judicial justice of our country through the analysis of the unfavorable factors that influence the judicial justice of our country. This thesis consists of four parts. Firstly, I analyze the fundamental meanings of the justice and the judicial justice and I also expound the standard of the judicial justice and the relationship of justice and efficiency. Secondly, I demonstrate that the procedural justice has its independent value in the judicial justice of our country. Thirdly, I have discussed the kinds and the influential factors of the unjust procedure of our country. Fourthly, I try to found some ways to solve the problem of the judicial justice in our country.
