Study Of The Government Management Style About Hangjin Houqi

Under the background of the globalization, the reform and innovation of the government is becoming the key for all countries to face the challenge of globalization and win the advantage of global competition. The reform of other countries provided much beneficial experience for us, so China also joined this line in the end of 70's in 20 C. With the further reform, the power of the local government is also increasing;therefore, how to control the power of the local government has gradually become a hot issue that the administration management researches. Whether the measure to control the power of the local government is efficient or not, has also become a key that the reform will succeed or not. The management style of Chinese government has also changed gradually from traditional public administration to public management. But some local governments of China haven't changed their minds, and have still reserved the traditional idea to obey the management style of traditional public administration. Obviously, this kind of style hasn't adapted the current situation. During the period of transformation, all the levels of local government should strengthen the public management and their ability, and really make the government management style changed from traditional public administration to public management.Depending on the theory of government management style, this paper takes the government of Hangjin Houqi for example to research the present condition of the local government management style , analyze the problem and reason ,and find a viable road to really realize the change of government management style from "rule" to "manage".This paper mainly uses investigation method. Through the on-site investigation of the Hangjin Houqi government, lots of real data are acquired, and so the method of solving problem has been put forward. Also, this paper uses data analysis method. A great deal of related datum at home and abroad are references. Those are the solid foundation for this paper.
