Research On The Question Of Standardization Of The Forensic Authentication

With the swift development of natural sciences, prominent function of the appraisal conclusion is enhanced increasingly, which has became the necessary method for the judge to detect the fact. The appraisal conclusion is one type of evidence, as well as an independence and special form of evidences. It is an important basis on which the court to verify the case fact and recognize the case nature, in addition, the appraisal conclusion play an important role to help the court to determine guilt and the discretion of punishment; to ensure the quality of the case and avoid the miscarriages of justice. However, because of the existence of the prominent problem of the expert conclusion, the since; fairness and the objectivity of the appraisal conclusion had been destroyed. This not only increased the difficulty of handles a case, but also disturbed the judicial activity normally function, moreover that destroyed the belief of the appraisal conclusion. How to promote the belief of the appraisal conclusion becomes one of most important problem which the forensic authentication domain must be faced at present. Learning from some scholars' thoughts and the methods of the other countries, the author propose that the goal of this paper is to establish the standards of the forensic authentication, and by which to promote the profession prestige and the belief of the appraisal conclusion.Firstly, the article explains the connotation of the standardization of the forensic authentication. The author believes that in the development of the forensic authentication, standardization of the forensic authentication must have three important theoretic values, which is justness, efficiency and the order. Secondly, the author explains the necessary to establish the standardization of the forensic authentication in three points. They respectively are science of science technology; forensic authentication profession autonomy and the needs of international connect rails; and the needs of trial practice.
