Along with the unceasing enhancement of globalization tendency, the non- governmental organizations (NGOs) have played the more and more important influence on the international affairs, which makes the function of NGOs in the international relationship not negligible. A series of new problems have been brought to the modern international law system and a series of challenges have been brought to the international law theory and the practice due to the rise of NGOs in the international activity. Accordingly, on what role did the NGOs play in order of the international law? And what influence did the NGOs bring to order of the international law? This article attempts to answer these questions.The article firstly analyzes the historical evolution of the NGOs' status as well as the theory basis of NGOs' status in the international, law. And then it demonstrates the NGOs' international law status. Also it analyzes the influence caused by the NGOs on order of the international law.Aspects of the positive affect, the article mainly elaborates the NGOs to promote the international legislation and to strengthen the implementation of international law;it also discusses the NGOs to maintain the international peace and the security and to participate in the international lawsuit positively as well as construct the international order of sports law. Aspects of the negative effect, the article mainly analyzes the adverse effect of NGOs on political and the economical domain's order of the international law;this part also makes a specific and detailed discussion of the question of destruction on order of the international law by the NGOs and it's responsibility question. The article finally analyzes the NGOs future development tendency as well as the influence on theinternational law and it's enlightenment to our country's.The article insists that we should persist historical and the developmental viewpoint in treating the NGOs international law status. The author also thinks that the NGOs qualify the partial international laws status. Facing the influence on the international law order caused by NGOs, the international community should response positively to it.
